On a Moorings Charter Vacation, we provide everything that’s needed to make your cruise safe, comfortable, and fun. We outfit our yachts in the same manner you would with your own boat, so you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.

What’s Included in Your Charter

Unrivaled customer service. Our dedicated Vacation Planning Specialists are here to help every step of the way, including recommendations for air travel, hotel, and yacht provisioning for a seamless experience.

Newest, most innovative fleet. A commitment to innovation and excellence makes our fleet the newest and best maintained in the charter industry, with most yachts under 5 years of age. 

The Moorings’ 4-Hour Commitment. Should you require assistance while out on the water, rest assured that we are standing by, with chase boats available to provide timely service.*

Complimentary “Friendly Skipper”****. On the first day of your charter, a qualified “Friendly Skipper” can help you get acquainted with your yacht and destination, for a stress-free start.

Easy Planning & Preparation. In addition to the planning tools on our website and the expert knowledge of our Vacation Planners, every charter includes a comprehensive destination Chart Briefing, personal Boat Briefing, and dock assistance as you leave and return to The Moorings base.

Water, Ice & Fuel*.  The Moorings sailing yachts are delivered with a full water tank, full fuel tank (excluding the Mediterranean), and 2 bags of ice in your cooler. Complimentary water and 2 additional bags of ice are available from any Moorings base.

A full tank of fuel is included in the price for all The Moorings sailing yachts. Pick up the yacht with a full tank, plus there is no need to refuel at the end (except in Mediterranean destinations, where fuel is not included and may be prepaid).

Moorings Care Package.  We are happy to get your supplies started with our complimentary care package:  Bagged Ice, a bar of soap (1 in each head), dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, matches, paper towels, sponges, and toilet paper (1 in each head).

Wi-Fi. Enjoy our complimentary WI-FI** aboard our Exclusive, Exclusive Plus, and Crewed Yachts throughout the Mediterranean***, BVI, Seychelles, and Thailand. WI-FI * is also available on all Club Yachts for a fee. Contact your Vacation Planner for more details.

What’s Included on Your Yacht

Your charter includes a number of amenities to help you feel right at home. From linens to flashlights and a full range of kitchen supplies, we provide it all so you can rest easy and enjoy your time on the water. On a Moorings Charter Vacation, there is no need to worry about a shortage of proper gear aboard or have to bring equipment from home to make your cruise safe, comfortable, and fun. We outfit our yachts in the same manner you would with your own boat, so you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.

Power Adapters

All boats include a 12V DC outlet (a “car” outlet). Boats with generators have 110V outlets in the Caribbean and 220V in the Mediterranean and Exotic locations.

AC Power Inverters are available for rent in Tortola, BVI for boats that do not have power supply
