Terms and Conditions*

• The discount is 15% off a bareboat or power charter with The Moorings.
• Offer is valid on bookings confirmed by 31st December, 2024. A confirmed booking must have a deposit on it.
• Offer is for new bookings only and is not combinable with any other offer or discount running at the time.
• Offer it not combinable with our loyalty discount.
• Offer is subject to date restrictions. Please see exclusion dates in the table below.
• Offer excludes bookings for Italy and the Brazil (including sailing schools)
• The discount amount must be applied at the time of booking by quoting ‘RYA’ and cannot be added retrospectively. The RYA member must also supply their existing RYA membership number.
• The offer discount is deducted from the yacht charter amount, cannot be applied to any other item/product, and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
• Offer is valid on charters of 7 days or more.
• Offer is not applicable to customers chartering boats for regatta/racing events.
• Offer is subject to availability and change and can be withdrawn at any time.
• At least one passenger on board must have a minimum valid qualification of International Certificate of Competence (ICC) or RYA Day Skipper (or internationally recognised equivalent) to sail without a skipper or a skipper must be hired
