Jenny hails from a vibrant Caribbean background, born in Grenada and nurtured by a deep love for the sea. From an early age, she developed a passion for cooking, inspired by her parents, both chefs. After attending St. George’s University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in management with a focus on sales and marketing, Jenny initially pursued a business career but soon realized her true calling lay in the kitchen.

She spent three years working in various restaurants as a cook and chef before transitioning to freelancing on yachts. Even when working on yachts, she frequently returned to restaurant kitchens. At her last position as head chef, she helped the restaurant rank among the top five in her country. Jenny specializes in both Caribbean and international cuisine, skillfully blending herbs and spices that leave guests craving more.

Her culinary skills have been honed through lessons from her family, all involved in the culinary arts, as well as from Michelin Star chefs she’s worked alongside. Jenny is dedicated to making her guests feel special and consistently exceeds their expectations, creating homestyle meals that evoke cherished childhood memories. She adores children and animals and advocates for both in her free time.
