While many destinations shine in April, some are better visited in other months. Avoid Whitsundays’ stinger season, the UK’s rainy April, and Tahiti before its peak starts in May.

Whitsundays – October-May is ‘stinger season’ so you need to take extra precautions if going swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving as there’s high numbers of box jellyfish.
