Chef Kathy hails from the stunning city of Cape Town, South Africa, where her passion for cooking blossomed during her formative years and while hosting corporate clients. After gaining experience sailing and racing along the South African coastline and across the Atlantic, she found her true calling as a Hostess/Chef in the British Virgin Islands.

Together with Captain Wayne, Kathy spent six incredible years merging her love for sailing and cooking, creating unforgettable experiences for her guests. With a flair for creativity honed through various culinary courses and hands-on experience, Kathy’s dishes are as memorable as the surroundings.

Her culinary expertise, coupled with her warm, engaging nature, ensures every guest feels pampered and entertained.
